- Exclusive use The whole stage and every support room are exclusively yours
- 13-hour days for shoot, prep and wrap, or 10 hours for a prep or wrap day, and you pick the start time

- Grip and access Sandbags, a Skyjack scissor lift (lift ticket required), utility carts, tongue dollies, folding tables and chairs, director's chairs, garbage and recycling bins
- Crew essentials A Nespresso machine, rolling racks, steamers, an iron and board, a lit makeup mirror, a Bluetooth speaker, WiFi and wired internet
