WINTER 2025

I hope you’re enjoying a busy start to the year! It’s been the busiest quarter we’ve had since 2022, and we’re super excited to see that the industry seems to be rebounding. 

In a lot of ways we feel like this is a fresh start, so we got our team together internally to re-evaluate who we are, what we do, and why we do it. To make sure we’re all singing from the same song sheet, as things get busier and we get into growth mode. 

With that in mind, we want to reintroduce ourselves to you with the below 4 key points that outline how we support you and the work that you do.

We’re here to help you solve problems and reduce your stress, not add to it. Our team and company are nimble and scrappy, and always eager to help you.

From first contact, to your final wrap-out, and even after your project is live and out in the wild, we’ll always go above and beyond to show you how we can be a helpful resource and a trusted partner.

We have all kinds of industry knowledge and resources, and love to problem-solve. If there’s something you need help with, don’t be afraid to ask!

When you come to The Lab and put your trust in us, our facilities and our equipment, it is critical to us that you get what you came for—or more than you came for. That you achieve and shatter your wildest creative dreams. 

Your work is a reflection on us, and we wouldn’t want anything created in our space that we wouldn’t happily shout about from space ourselves.

We take pride in what we do, and the tiny role that we play in the larger creative and production industries in Toronto.

At The Lab, we’re constantly evolving, adapting based on your direct feedback, and improving what we do to make sure we’re right there with you as you grow and take off.

We grow together by always being better today than we were yesterday. 

4. UP FRONT, TRANSPARENT PRICING

Our rates are transparent and fully inclusive. Every booking automatically includes a bunch of extras and there are no surprise fees for any of the support items found in our facility.

A few examples of what comes included:

  • All your Power and Distro equipment (everything you could need for power, and no extra fees for consumption)
  • 20 Folding Tables and 50 Folding Chairs
  • 6 Rolling Racks and 2 Steamers
  • SkyJack and Ladders
  • Utility Carts and Tongue Dollies
  • Nespresso Machine, Kettle and Brew Coffee Machine

Equipment rentals are also simple and up front, with an affordable flat rate that includes everything in the studio.
